Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During sale periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

Delivery time may vary depending on courier service and location.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email/WhatsApp

  • You can track your order using the provided courier link.

Packaging

All supplements are packed securely to ensure:

  • No damage during transit

  • Seal protection

  • Authentic product delivery

Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will attempt delivery 2–3 times

  • If the order is undelivered, it will be returned to us

  • Re-shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch

Damaged or Missing Products

If you receive:

  • Damaged package

  • Opened seal

  • Missing item

Please contact us within 24 hours with:

  • Order ID

  • Unboxing video

  • Photos of package

Without an unboxing video, claims may not be accepted.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within India

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or restricted areas
